CLIMBING

Use of climbing drills or climbing related exercises that are tailored for the specific focus of each challenge. This climbing component will usually be designed to target strength, power, power endurance, or endurance.

YOGA

A tailored series of yoga practices to bring your body back into balance by promoting strength in weaker areas and flexibility in tighter ones. Improving your ability to move can help you utilize your strength in a more efficient manner.

MINDSET

Mental training and techniques to help you begin to harness the power of your mind. Mental control and focus is essential in climbing, because without it, you cannot access your true strength potential.

NUTRITION

Nutrition recommendations to help optimize your body for performance. Use whole foods to create a strong nutritional foundation, fuel your body for performance, and promote recovery.

WHO AM I?

I’m Cristina. I'm a passionate climber and certified yoga instructor, with a certification as a Holistic Sports Nutrition Specialist and a deep interest in mindset.

I believe that integrating yoga, nutrition, and mindset with climbing is the best way to develop a strong mind and body that will serve as the foundation to become a better climber.

My mission is to help mindful climbers unlock their true climbing potential so that they can conquer life on and off the rock!
