This 55 minute core focused practice is designed to strengthen your core from front to back and from side to side, with the intention of creating a strong midsection that will support your body during the demands of your sport. From the deep muscles of the inner core, to the more superficial muscles of the outer core, this practice targets it all to improve overall core strength and stability.

This type of practice is suitable during every phase of your training cycle. Developing and maintaining core strength is valuable to every type of athlete. Feel free to fit this practice in during your off season, pre-competitive season, and competitive season, with the exception of any rest days.
