This 25 minute practice is focused on cultivating energy on particularly lazy days, or when you feel like you need a boost to start your day or training. The poses and movements included in this energizing flow all focus on the spine, and consequently, the nervous system. You’ll encounter many twists and spinal extension that will stimulate our nervous system and provide you with that energizing boost you’re looking for.
This practice starts off slow and gradually builds, which makes it appropriate in the morning when your body is feeling a bit stiff and tight, however, it’s equally as appropriate as a warm up to your training, practice, or game.
