This practice is perfect when the physical and mental demands of your sport are high, like during competition. Whenever you’re short on time but need to soak in the advantages of recovery, keep this practice in mind. You can use it between closely spaced games or events, as an introduction to using yoga as a tool for athletic recovery, or as a means to accommodate hectic schedules without sacrificing recovery.
