This 12 minute practice is completely focused on focus. The goal to quiet the mind and prepare it for the task at hand. Sending a climbing takes as much mental effort as it does physical, so taking the time to bring yourself into the right frame of mind can make the difference between a send and an unsuccessful attempt. This practice starts by focusing completely on breath then gradually incorporates some simple movements to strengthen the connection between breath and movement.
