This 15 minute practice is perfect for climbers looking to clock in a super sloper session, or for climbers that experience some wrist discomfort from climbing and want to build up some more wrist stability. This yoga practice starts by working wrist mobility then focuses on wrist strengthening and stabilization so they can be better prepared for the intense demands of climbing.

Incorporate this practice as part of your climbing warm up or even as a standalone mini wrist strengthening workout.
