This 33 minute practice is a great climbing cool down as it focuses on areas that are prone to collecting tension in a climbers body. Specifically, we’ll move through several poses that stretch out the chest, shoulders, forearms, hips, hamstrings, and the feet. Climbing, or sports in general, builds tension, and a purposeful yoga practice can target tension prone areas and begin to restore balance back in the body.
Use this practice as a cool down after a climbing session, or the day after after as a form of recovery.
